Dryers and blowers can be built for 230 V / 50 Hz (EU) and other standards. Voltage and plug type are confirmed per order.
Most products use industrial SUS304 / SUS201 stainless steel for durability, hygiene and a long service life.
Secured payment terms, typically 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Design proposal within 2 working days; production is 20–45 days after deposit, confirmed per project.
Self-service dog wash machines: one unit, always. For every other product the minimum is shown in the MOQ row of its specification table; in-stock bathtubs, grooming tables and cages can often ship as a single unit — ask us. Custom-built orders have their own minimums: a custom dog wash machine can still be a single unit, with a charge for the custom work; grooming bathtubs 200 units under 50 inch and 100 units at 50 inch and above; grooming tables 100 units; cages 500 units.
Yes — we can quote DDP or DDU to Europe, North America and most major markets, handling freight and customs so goods arrive at your door.
One year on the machine body and key components from the date of delivery. Stock parts normally ship within a week; if a part has to be made we give you the date when you ask, and our engineer can join you on a video call for troubleshooting. Exact terms are confirmed per order and market.
